Tips for Solo Travel in Goa

The beautiful beaches, the thrilling waters, the amazing churches, invigorating dining and nightlife draw visitors from all over the world. The concept of solo travelling is on the rise here. Goa is one of the friendliest places for solo travelers.

Follow instructions and tricks and you can finish your Goa holiday trip in a memorable time.
Biking: Forget the cab, hire a motorcycle. You can easily get a gear or gearless bike on rent on Palolem beach and Calungute as well. While you cannot bike on beaches this is the best way to travel around the town. Palolem is preferable as the position is less populated and not so busy with four wheeler.


Public Amenities: If you are reservation Goa holiday packages for a day’s check out or if you want to want to miss hiring a hotel for a day then it is best to deposit your baggage at wrapp room at Panjim bus stand and then you can check out rest of the city and beaches without any additional pressure.

Stay: For solo tourists Palolem beach in Southern Goa is most recommended as this position offers more picturesque beauty and trekking, hiking and riding a bike opportunities than the ones in Northern Goa. Angoda beach in South Goa is another position to camp at seaside for overnight remain and meet other tourists. If you want to remain in North Goa then head towards Anjuna Beach, this is one well-known destination for solo tourists.

Local Cuisine: Goan delicacies is something you cannot miss, however most of the restaurants nearby beaches charge intensely in the name of Regional Cuisine and they don’t even taste half of what Goan meals actually tastes like. Go by eat where residents eat concept and find small restaurants that serve hot and fresh produce for most affordable price, most of them are found away from beaches so a little walk is unavoidable.
